Industry leading Engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Civil Project Manager to their Phoenix, AZ office. Projects will primarily include solid waste, composting, and other waste stream management solutions in the private and public sector. As the Senior Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, managing and providing direction on projects, maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as assisting in business development and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and leadership, as well as business development and client management. 

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in solid waste
• BS or MS
• Arizona PE certification
