National Engineering firm is looking for an ICC certified Building Inspector in Florida to perform inspections of commercial and residential buildings to include electrical, mechanical, roofing, and plumbing systems and ensure compliance with State, County, Federal and City codes. 

Need experience in building inspection for commercial, residential and public buildings as well as excellent writing and documentation skills to create inspection reports.  

Requirements:

• 5 years municipal building inspection experience   
• Codes knowledge in Florida
• inspection knowledge for plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines
• ICC Certified as Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Mechanical Inspector, and/or Electrical Inspector.
