National civil engineering firm based in Phoenix, Arizona is adding a new marketing/proposal coordinator to work on engineering bids and proposals for civil engineering projects.   

Must have previous experience as a marketing/proposal coordinator inside of an A&E firm and be familar with the entire proposal process, starting with the RFP identification and acquisition .  Will work closely with engineering professionals creating business proposals, compiling exhibits, enhancing marketing pieces to meet specific requirements, and tracking progress through the entire bid process.

Requirements:

• Engineering office experience
• RFP Bid project knowledge
• BS Degree in communications, marketing or engineering
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
