International engineering firm with a new office in the north Dallas area  is growing and expanding its executive team and adding an office group leader for the Dallas office.  This position has ownership opportunities in the future.  Must have at least 15-20 years of solid engineering design experience, project management experience and knowledge of the business development process and the ability to build business based on contacts or resources in the Dallas area. 

Currently the focus in the office is on commercial project and the office has engineers in place for production design and project delivery.
