The Civil Engineering Project Manager serves as a leader, guiding their own team of Engineers on a variety of projects within the Residential Land Development  industry.  This is a client facing role that will require an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working with Clients and leading projects.

Requirements:

• BS Degree
• PE Registration
• Strong background in Land Development with a major focus on Residential  Development projects
• Experience as a Project Manager for relevant projects with a strong focus on Client Interfacing and fostering Business Development
• Exceptional Communication skills
